The Spirit of Nehemiah is about the realization that every person can achieve any goal set and to do more irrespective of their social, cultural, and levels. It is about a unique way of getting strength and ability to pursue, fully supported by the spirit of God within a person called Charisma or Charism. Charism means gift (The gift of the Holy Spirit), while Charisma is a person’s ability to inspire and lead. In short, the spirit part of the book is about getting inspiration and motivation by trusting the guidance of the Holy Spirit of God within a person.
The book further teaches about Courage, Braveness, Tackling Tough Conversation, Dealing with Opposition without affecting Progress and Productivity, the importance of Unity and maintaining Cultural Law and Order.
Though the concept is derived from memoir of Nehemiah, a biblical character who demonstrated important Leadership Principles and Values based on biblical Methodology and Theology. The book is not about the narration of the story of Nehemiah, but rather articulated to emphasis the root of the problem. His mission was set to solve, a generational, prophetically aligned problem which everybody believed it would work out someday, but no one had a courage to become the solution.

This book is for anyone who wants to step up and be a solution. In as much as it addresses the basic Leadership Principles and Strategies, it focuses mostly on the leader’s personal development, mental fitness, and emotional intelligence while at the same time comes as a good read about the rich culture and the history of the Jewish people as narrated in the Bible, the occurrence of interesting events which led to what was Nehemiah’s mission during his time.
